Sky-to-Sea.com is a promotion website, listing holiday accomodations in British Columbia and meant to resemble the variety of accomodation your beautiful province has to offer its visitors. We want to offer all traveller who are interested in BC an easy to use and advertisement free website with all kind of useful information about what to see, what to do and where to stay. Sky to Sea gives them easy access to all interesting data and descriptions - without blinking ads, pop ups or irritating banner.

Our website is meant to target your European customer and at the moment the website languages will be German, Spanish and English. We learned through the years, that a person looking for information about a holiday region or accomodation is very thankful for finding the information he looks for in a language he can easily understand. This also helps him to decide whether or not to book with you.

During the last 5 years, more and more traveller from Europe and mainly Germany dicovered British Columbia as their favourite holiday spot. In 2007 and 2008 the percentage of German visitors to Canada went up an astounishing 12-15 % aprox. That's amazing. Favoured by the strong Euro exchange rate and also due to Charter Airlines picking up the trend and offering more and economically priced flights into Canadian airports, the visitor numbers went up.

Coming from a tourism background and having fallen in love almost instantly with British Columbia in 2004, about 2 years ago the idea to start Sky-to-Sea.com came to life. Our research and also our personal experience, while looking for accomodations around BC for our own stays, did show us that there was a lot of interest  on both sides - owner and traveller - for a site like ours.

Right now Sky-to-Sea.com is a listing platform for BC holiday accomodations. In the future and step by step we will add more features and we will be able to offer more services to you. But we think: a good thing has to grow  in good measures.

Sky to Sea Services:

• We offer a promotion website for vacation homes and holiday accomodations located in the province of British Columbia, Canada. The target audience and visitor for our website is the European traveller and travel market.
• Every vacation property is adecuately presented. Out of the information you send us about your property (or having us take the information out of your own website) the accomodation description will be written by us in German and Spanish.
• Each detailed description consists of some information about the surrounding area and location of the accomodation, details about the services and accomodation, pricing information and a linked contact form. Each description can hold up to 12 fotos, presented as thumbnails and offering a larger view on click.
• The contact form linked into your property's description is solemly for your property. Inquiries send trough this contact form will be send directly to you. All correspondence and arising reservation will be strictly between you and the client.
• We do send out regular newsletter to our customers and visitors to inform them about news on Sky to Sea and new property listings. If we do get special offers from you, from time to time we will send out newsletter Specials.
• Our website will be updated and maintained regularly and properly. One of our interests is to get and maintain a good search engine ranking to attract visitors to our page.
• There is complementary information and services as links to car rental agencies, airlines etc. So our visitors can find all they might look for directly on our page.

Sky to Sea Listing Rates:

Our Listing rates are as simple and straightforward as our website and we count our listings by property. A property can be a vacation home, a small B&B, a guesthouse, a resort, a campground or RV Park or even a larger hotel. If you have more properties, please contact us for an individual quote.

The rate per property listing and year is 120 $CAD.

Of course you will receive an official invoice and we ask you to please always put the invoice number onto your payment transfer, so we can correctly assign your payment to your property.
