Listing your vacation property on Sky to Sea is just that easy:

What we need:

• Information about your property: location, situation, surroundings, maybe points of interest nearby, specialties, house description, room descriptions, amenities and important details you might want us to add
• Images in good quality and resolution. Please send us some outside photos and interiour pictures from common areas and the guestrooms. Please note: a possible client wants to get a good overview on what to expect. The photos should tell him a lot about your property and its amenities.
• Some information about you as: name, adress, and all the information needed to send you an official invoice.

How to pay for your listing:

We thought about what might be the easiest way for you to pay your listing and decided to offer the possibility to pay your listing via PayPal. This will give you the oportunity to pay by creditcard and, if you do have an own PayPal account, directly from your PayPal account. Also PayPal payments are insured and you will not have to pay any bank transfer fees.

When do you pay your listing on Sky to Sea.com:

We do not want you to pay "up front" on registering your property.

Once we have your property listed within our website, you will receive an email including a link to your listing and your official invoice. Within another email you will then receive the PayPal payment request for your listing. Please pay your listing within 5 days after receiving your payment request.

As our listings always count for one year, after 12 month you will receive a renewal notice for your listing and only after confirming that you'd like to keep your listing for another year, you will once again receive your renewal invoice and payment request. This will repeat every 12 month and give you the advantage to decide anytime how long to stay with us.

Please note: if you decide to cancel your listing within a current one-year-listing-period, the cancellation will count when your listing year runs out. We will honor your decision, but we do not refund partial listing payments and your property will stay online until your listing period runs out.

So, how to send the information?

We put together a contact form especially for new listings. Please fill in the form and send us your property information. On reception of your listing form, we will send you an email adress to where you can send the photos of your property.
